How a PET can sealing machine works
Want to make your own drink with your logo and serve it in a sealed can? A PET can sealer does the one thing a lid cannot: it seams an aluminium easy-open lid onto a transparent PET can, airtight and tamper-evident, in about three seconds. This page shows exactly how the machine works, what a mold is and which can sizes you can seal, so you know what you are buying before you order.
Seal a can in 3 steps
Smart control panel, automatic lifting and automatic counting. Anyone on your team can run it after a two-minute introduction.
1. Place the can
Fill the transparent PET can with your drink or dessert, put the 55 mm aluminium lid on top and place it on the turntable.
2. Press to start
One button. The smart control panel lifts the can automatically and aligns the lid. No adjusting, no hand tools.
3. Sealed in seconds
The machine seams the lid airtight and tamper-evident, counts the can and lowers it. Ready to serve: up to 1,000 cans an hour.
Everything the sealer does, in one view
One compact machine sits between your drink and a finished, branded can. This is what it actually does, and what you get for it.
Sealed in about 3 seconds
Fill the can, drop the 55 mm lid on top, press start. That is the whole cycle: up to 1,000 cans an hour if you keep it fed.
One machine, every size we sell
Adjustable from 40 to 170 mm, so 150, 250, 330, 330 Sleek, 355, 500 and 500 Sleek ml all run on it. Swap the mold and carry on.
Anyone on the team can run it
Smart control panel, automatic lifting, automatic counting. Two minutes of instruction and a new starter is sealing cans on their own.
A seam that actually holds
The same double seam industrial canning lines use: airtight, leak-proof and visibly tamper-evident, so a customer can see the can has not been opened.
Built to run all day
Stainless steel body, CE-certified and covered by a 2-year warranty. Wipe the turntable and seaming rollers down at closing. That is the maintenance.
Made to sell, not just to close
A sealed can chills, stacks, travels and photographs in a way a cup with a lid never will. It turns a takeaway drink into a product you can brand and put in a fridge.

Every can size needs its own mold
This is the part most people miss when they compare can sealers. It is simple once you know it, and it decides how many sizes you can serve.
What a mold actually is
The mold is the can holder that sits inside the sealer. It keeps the can perfectly centred and upright while the seaming rollers fold the lid over the rim. Without the right mold the can wobbles and the seam fails.
One mold per can size
Every can diameter and height needs its own holder. The 250 ml mold ships with every sealer as standard. Sealing another size (150, 330, 330 Sleek, 500 or 500 Sleek ml) means adding the mold for that size.
